On September, 27 the United Nations representation in Moscow (UN House in Moscow) hosted the General Meeting of the Association ‘National Network of the Global Compact’, key result of which has become the updated Board Composition.
General Meeting agenda also contained several other issues that require approval of the superior governance body of the Association. Thus, the general Meeting confirmed the results of activities of the Association ‘National Network of the Global Compact’ in 2016 – 2017, including financial reports and audit statements, business-model and new system of contributions based on UNGC 2020 Strategy, Provision on Audit Commission and its updated composition, distant Board meetings arrangements and distant General meeting arrangements. According to the Charter, term of office of Marina Vashukova, an Executive Director of the Association ‘National Network of the Global Compact’, was extended for 2 years. For the same term of office new Board was elected as follows:
