World Organization for Development
World Organization for Development (WOD) is an international non-governmental organization with special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC (since 2014), a member of the UN Global Compact (since 2016). Created in 2009 according to the principles and ideas proclaimed by the UN. The WOD structure includes: WOD-Research Analytical Research Service; Artificial Intelligence for Territorial Entities (AITE); International media: including the World Economic Journal; Organizing Committee of the Global Awards "Angel for Sustainable Development" #SDGAction40297, which unites 12 International Awards; Global Initiative for Sustainable Development of Territorial Entities #SDGAction33410, recognized by the UN SDG Good Practices, contributing to the achievement of the UN SDGs. In accordance with the consultative status of the UN ECOSOC, it actively advocates and expresses its position at various international platforms, including the bodies and international organizations of the UN system. WOD operates in the territories of developed and developing countries of the world, including BRICS, Africa, Latin America.
