Since 2004, he has been taking managerial positions in consulting companies. He was Member of the Board of ACIG Group of Companies. 

Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Committee for Research and Technology Innovations and High Technologies, Scientific Advisory Board of the Russian Federation Council for Monitoring of Practice of Federal Law 261-FZ dd 23 November 2009 on Energy Saving and Raising Energy Efficiency and Alteration of Specific Laws of the Russian Federation.

He coordinates implementation of consulting and exhibition and convention event projects, actively participates in social life. Author of various research projects.

He obtained his master’s degree in Technology from Moscow Power Engineering Institute majoring in Electrical Power Engineering.
