The conference is dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promotion and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries in 1978.

The conference will mark the fortieth anniversary of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promotion and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries in 1978.

The program will include thematic forums, presentation of successful national experience in development promotion, discussions on strengthening the mechanisms for implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
